Anti-gun Marxists in the Democrat Party are doing everything in their power to punish law-abiding citizens who dare to exercise their Second Amendment rights to defend their life, liberty, or property.

Everything from “Red Flag” Gun Confiscation to Universal Gun Registration and bans on commonly used semi-automatic shotguns, rifles, and handguns are being discussed by lawmakers in Washington… and in Austin!

Worse, Republicans are under IMMENSE pressure to "do something" in response to Uvalde, and rumors around the capitol suggest they may be caving on gun bans for 18-20 year olds and even NICS Gun Ban Registry Expansion!

Texas Gun Rights “Oppose Marxist Gun Control” Petition

WHEREAS: Joe Biden and the gun control machine are waging a war on law-abiding gun owners to further their radical gun control agenda; and

WHEREAS: Common sense and empirical data prove that disarming more law-abiding citizens is a recipe for more deadly crimes; and

WHEREAS: Republicans and Democrats are under immense pressure to “cut” a bipartisan deal to try and look "reasonable" on the Second Amendment issue to the mainstream media; and

WHEREAS: The Second Amendment clearly states “the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.”

THEREFORE: As your constituent, I insist you oppose ALL Marxist gun control schemes and work to repeal gun control still on the books like dangerous “Gun Free” zones – and pass a ban on “Red Flag” Gun Confiscation laws!
